Terms And Conditions
Amazing Grace Cupcakery requires a NON-REFUNDABLE minimum 50% deposit for ALL orders to secure the date. Full payment (remaining balance) is due 7 days before the date of pick up and/or delivery.
Custom decorating is a process. Baked goods are prepared one day and decorated the next. Accessories are subject to be ordered and/or created weeks in advance. Custom orders require a 2 week to 1-month notice. If less time is provided and cake is approved for order by Amazing Grace Cupcakery, a service fee of $15 is subject to be added to total purchase. Orders placed with less than 72-hour.
notice require full payment. If you provide an inspiration picture, I will do my best to meet your expectations, however, it is an inspiration picture and Amazing Grace Cupcakery reserves the right to use creative judgment to create a unique design.
If you or your representative elect to pick up and set up the cake, you assume all liability and responsibility for the condition of the cake once it leaves Amazing Grace Cupcakery. We will provide transport guidance. Delivery Service is available at an additional charge of $5.00 added to your order. Amazing Grace Cupcakery is not responsible for any damage to the cake after setup is complete. You are responsible for providing an appropriate & secure table and environment for the cake(s). Cakes are very heavy & require a sturdy table, & optimal room temperature of 75 degrees or below. In the case of humid weather, cakes should be in cool areas or refrigerators. All cake orders that are delivered have to be set out at least an hour prior to your event. If we deliver the cake and there is no place to set up the cake and you
place the cake elsewhere other than where it needs to be set up, such as a restaurant (they typically place the cake in the freezer/refrigerator) if you cut into your cake and its cold/frozen, this is not out responsibility due to the fact that the cake was not set up where it needed to be upon delivery.
It is my desire to honor all goods served by Amazing Grace Cupcakery. Once a cake is picked up by you or a designated party, it is considered “accepted”. If a client is not satisfied, you have 48 hours to voice concern. At that time, a resolution will be determined. If a client is not happy with the flavor/taste of the cake, please notify Amazing Grace Cupcakery within 48 hours of receiving the order. A partial refund will be returned.
In the event of a cancellation, one week’s notice is requested. If less notice is given, we can reschedule (depending on availability).
If you cancel the order completely, there are no refunds.
